Policy for University Members Terms & Conditions Borrowing Payment & Fines Lost & Found Terms & Conditions The entrance and exit through the 6th floor. For PCU students, entry requires a student ID card (physical or digital from Petra Mobile Apps). Large bags, tote bags, big sling bags must be stored in lockers. Entry allowed only with library-provided bags. Valuables should not be left in library lockers. Visitors are allowed to bring drinks and light snacks such as dry packaged snacks or bread (Heavy, smelly, oily food, or items that may leave stains or sauces are strictly prohibited). Conversations within the library must be conducted at a controlled volume, ensuring they do not disturb the comfort of other visitors. Maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. Disruptive, disrespectful, or indecent conduct is strictly prohibited. Use library resources responsibly. Do not deface or damage books, equipment, or any library property. Follow any additional rules or instructions from the library officer for collective comfort. Borrowing Borrowing period is two weeks (for audio visual collections is three days), extendable up to 2 times. Must return if reserved. Non-permanent faculty must update status every semester (every 6 months). Renewals can be done through circulation services or online via petra.id/circulation. Reserved items must be picked up within three days of notification; failure to do so may result in canceling reserved items. Delivery of collections is only for urgent cases; details can be arranged with library staff. Payment & Fines Late returns will be charge fees of IDR 1.000 per day for each textbook and IDR 2.000 per day for each audio visual collection. Fines will be accumulated each day. Loss or damage to a collection requires replacement with the same item or payment of compensation fees as determined by the library. Payments must be made through cashless transactions using QRIS at the circulation service. PCU Library does not accept cash payment. In case of disputes or concerns regarding fines or policies, borrowers may contact a library officer directly for further discussion and resolution. Lost & Found Please take care of your belongings. PCU library is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. Lost items will be placed in the lost & found box near the entrance gate. Lost items will be kept for 30 days from the date of discovery. If not claimed within this period, ownership is considered forfeited. Provide proof of ownership to the library officer when retrieving lost items. If you believe you have left or lost something but it has not been found, please leave a note with the library officer. With a simple click, easily spot the articles available in Petra’s databases right in your Google Scholar search. How to Use: Go to scholar.google.com Click the saved bookmarklet as instructed above. Log in with your Petra account. Search for articles by entering keywords. The results will be tailored to what Library@Petra has subscribed to. Download your desired articles.
